“ Traveling through to Dallas going to stay the night at the Old Towne RV Cotton Gin. Saw the reviews on this place decided to give it a try. We were very pleased. Easy pull into he large parking lot for our Motorhome & trailer. Staff were quick to take our order & helpful with answers to our questions. I had the Chicken fried steak with baked potato. Wife had the pork chop plate. Seasoning of the CFS was perfect. Pork chop was tender & delicious. Both were very good. Seating area was large, fun history on walls, good ambiance to eat in. You will not be disappointed in this great place ”
“ I like this place—a pleasant surprise. Catfish platter for 11.99? Incredible piece of fish. Thick cut. Burger for 7.99 (in 2024)? Great. Not a frozen patty. Fries delish. Nice waitress. Would definitely recommend. I had a burger in Western Colorado 2 days later, and that was okay. So overall, 5 star. ”
“ If you are hauling an RV and need ample parking space this place is for you! Get the chicken fried steak, it comes with 2 steaks and homemade gravy. Or get the steak fingers which is basically 2 chicken fried steaks cut up. PERFECT breading. Delicious and well worth the wait. We were in on a Sunday so it was pretty busy, well worth the wait. ”
“ The best burgers we've had in a very long time. Mine cooked well, husband's medium rare. Fries fresh cut! Lemon meringue pie, yummy. Great service It looks like a locals spot. Prices amazing. Breakfast all day. Wish we weren't just passing through. We'd eat here often. ”
“ Great customer service, all of our food had great taste. The bacon cheeseburger was great along with everything else like the french fries, onion rings, round steak and chicken tenders. ”
“ Randomly stopped to eat while on the road and we don't regret it! Very cool place with nice staff. Food was delicious! They had steak fingers and they were the bomb. ”
“ our breakfast was great! our server was kind. fantastic place to stop and eat! lovely decor! AND they have truck parking!!! we will be back! thank you for the hospitality! ”
“ Great Chicken Fried Steak! I had a half order of crispy chicken fried steak with nice seasoned fries and a salad that came fresh with a generous amount of tomatoes and shredded cheese topping. The gravy just needed some salt, but that was the only change I would make. Friendly service! Clean bathroom! Great atmosphere! ”
